After a successful career as management consultant for tech start-ups and large firms, in 2019 Corinna Galliano completed a PhD at the University of Sydney Business School. Using the eastern world view, Corinna’s research sheds insights on the complex dynamics of everyday working in highly dynamic contexts, including startups, innovation teams and large organisations undergoing change and transformation, Corinna’s interest in applying an eastern lens to the challenges of organisational settings is coupled by a life time search for an effective meditation technique to cope with a busy lifestyle. This search eventually ended with Vedic meditation: a simple, effortless mental technique that allows one to experience fully awaken restful consciousness. With regular practice of Vedic Meditation, Corinna experienced immediate relief from anxiety and burn out. Over time the fatigue that was dominating her life lifted leaving space to a renewed vitality.

Corinna is an accredited Vedic meditation teacher. Corinna was trained to become a Vedic meditation under the guidance of Thom Knoles, pre-eminent master-teacher of Vedic Meditation. The 2-year training culminated with 3 months of intensive study at the foothills of the Himalayas where this knowledge originated.

Today Corinna is devoted to spreading the teaching of this simple technique and of her research on innovation for the creation of happier individuals, organisations, communities and eventually for the creation of a better world.
